    UF树脂及MUF树脂对桉木热解特性的影响

    Influence of UF resin and MUF resin on eucalyptus pyrolysis characteristics

    • 摘要: 为研究脲醛(UF)树脂及三聚氰胺改性脲醛(MUF)树脂对桉木热解特性的影响,采用热重分析技术分别对桉 木、添加10%UF 树脂的桉木、添加10%MUF 树脂的桉木、UF 树脂、MUF 树脂的热解特性进行分析,并通过动力学 分析探究其作用机理。结果表明:添加10%UF 树脂、MUF 树脂后,桉木的TG 和DTG 曲线都向低温阶段略有偏移, UF 树脂、MUF 树脂均能促进桉木热解。桉木、添加10%UF 树脂的桉木、添加10% MUF 树脂的桉木热解的反应机 理均是Jander 三维扩散方程。桉木的活化能为117.400 kJ/ mol,添加10% UF 树脂的桉木、添加10% MUF 树脂的 桉木的活化能分别为105.452 和105.427 kJ/ mol, 可见UF 树脂、MUF 树脂均可以减小桉木热解所需的能量。

       

      Abstract: The influence of UF resin and MUF resin on eucalyptus pyrolysis characteristics was studied in this paper. TGA was taken to study the pyrolysis characteristics of eucalyptus, eucalyptus with 10% UF resin, eucalyptus with 10% MUF resin, UF resin and MUF resin. What's more, dynamics analysis was done to get the mechanism. The results indicated that TG and DTG curves of eucalyptus shifted to the lower temperature stages when 10% UF resin and MUF resin were added into eucalyptus, and the weight loss of eucalyptus with 10% UF resin was more than that of eucalyptus, so UF resin and MUF resin promoted the pyrolysis process of woods. According to Jander's tri-dimensional diffusion equation, the pyrolysis mechanism conformed to 1 - (1 - )1/32 form, the activation energy decreased when UF resin and MUF resin were added into eucalyptus. Therefore, UF resin and MUF resin could decrease the amount of energy used to eucalyptus pyrolysis process.
