    除湿干燥中临界除湿状态的分析

    • 摘要: 为提高除湿效率、减少除湿干燥纯耗,该文阐述了木材除湿(热泵)干燥系统中的空气流程和状态变化.从湿空气热力学分析的角度,提出一定制冷量和含湿量状况下,湿空气除湿效率为零的临界焓值的概念;指出除湿效率大于零的必要条件及提高除湿效率的途径;进而由临界焓值的概念在湿空气的焓-湿量图上绘出了不同露点温度下的临界干燥曲线,并划分出除湿区,为预测除湿效率与除湿量以及除湿机的优化控制奠定了必要的理论基础.

       

      Abstract: Air path and changing state were explained in this article.From the thermodynamics point of view,this article suggests a concept of critical enthalpy,which means dehumidification efficient of wet air is zero with fixed refrigerating capacity and moisture content.Also,the indispensable condition of dehumidify efficient is greater than zero,and the ways to improve dehumidification efficient were pointed out in this paper.Therefore,based on the critical enthalpy concept, critical drying curve under various dew temperature was drawn on enthalpy-moisture figure of wet air.Area of dehumidification was divided,which establishing the indispensable basis for predicting dehumidification efficient and dehumidification capacity,also for further optimization dehumidifier operation.
