    Response surface methodology for optimizing high shear emulsifier-assisted extraction of essential oil from pine needles.

    • 摘要: 为优化红松精油的提取工艺,在单因素试验、最陡爬坡试验的基础上,采用响应面方法进行试验设计,以精油提取率为响应值,考察剪切时间、转速、盐质量分数3个因素,优化提取工艺。结果表明:红松松针精油的最佳提取条件为剪切时间5.13 min、转速14 950.65 r/min、盐质量分数3.06%。在优化条件下,红松松针精油提取率为18.2 μL/g,与模型预测值非常接近。

       

      Abstract: We used the response surface method to optimize the conditions for steam distillation extraction of essential oil from pine needles assisted by high shear emulsifier technology. Based on the results of single-factor tests and steepest ascent experiment, we used Box-benhnken Design (BBD, Design Expert 7) to design an experiment with three factors (high shear emulsifier rotary speed, shearing time, salt concentration) as variables and essential oil extraction rate as function value for optimizing the extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimal parameters of high shear emulsifier-assisted extraction were: high shear emulsifier rotary speed 14 950.65 r/min, shearing time 5.13 min, and mass fraction of salt 3.06%. Under these conditions, the essential oil extraction rate was 18.2 μL/g, exhibiting a good agreement with the predicted values.
