    微波和超声波对落叶松树皮多酚浸提及其抗氧化效果影响

    Microwave and ultrasonic effects on the extraction and antioxidation of larch bark polyphenols.

    • 摘要: 以落叶松树皮为原料,研究了微波和超声波处理对多酚类物质浸提效果、化学结构和抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明:以50%乙醇溶液为溶剂,微波和超声波处理有利于松多酚的浸出,其得率分别提高了6.76%和14.73%。扫描电镜观察发现,采用溶剂法、微波法和超声波法提取多酚后的落叶松树皮残渣其表面微观结构的孔隙尺寸范围为1.5~2.5、7~13和17~26 μm。红外光谱分析表明,3种方法浸提出的松多酚的化学结构没有发生明显变化;抗氧化测定结果表明,3种浸提方法制备出的松多酚的总还原能力和DPPH自由基清除能力差异不显著(P0.05)。

       

      Abstract: We studied microwave and ultrasonic effects on the extraction, chemical structure and antioxidation properties of pine polyphenols in the bark of larch trees. The results show that using a 50% ethanol solution as solvent increases the extraction of polyphenols from the bark by microwave treatment by 6.76% and by ultrasonic treatment by 14.73%. From observations with a scanning electron microscope we found pore sizes in the surface microstructure of the larch bark residues ranging between 1.5-2.5 μm in the solvent, between 7-13 μm by microwave and 17-26 μm by ultrasonic treatments. An infrared spectrum analysis showed that the chemical structures of pine polyphenols from the three extraction methods did not changed significantly. The antioxidation experiments revealed that the total reduction power and capacity of DPPH free radical scavenging of pine polyphenols did not significantly change among the three extraction methods (P0.05).
