    响应面法优化人参叶总皂苷提取工艺的研究

    Optimization of extraction technology of ginsenosides from ginseng leaves by response surface method

    • 摘要: 为优化人参叶总皂苷提取工艺,采用单因素试验,考察温度、时间、液料比对人参叶中总皂苷得率的影响。再采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法确定人参叶总皂苷提取的优化工艺,同时建立人参叶总皂苷提取的二次项数学模型,并验证其可靠性。结果表明:热水浸提法提取人参叶总皂苷的最佳条件为温度100 ℃、时间4.2 h、液料比16。在最佳条件下,人参叶总皂苷得率为人参叶质量的14.23%。

       

      Abstract: In order to optimize the extraction process of total ginsenosides from ginseng leaves, firstly we utilized one-factor experiment to investigate the influences of the factors (temperature, treatment time, and liquid -material ratio) on the extraction yield of total ginsenosides. Then we determined the optimal extraction process by the response surface methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels, and established the quadratic mathematical model for the ginsenosides extraction, and finally verified its reliability. The optimal extraction conditions for the hot water extraction of total ginsenosides were as follows: temperature 100 ℃, treatment time 4.2 h, liquid-material ratio 16. Under this condition, the yield of total ginsenosides from ginseng leaves was 14.23% of ginseng leaves’ mass.
