    Optimization of ultrasoundassisted extraction technique of seabuckthorn seed oil by response surface methodology

    • 摘要: 该文通过单因素试验和RSA响应面分析法优化了超声波辅助提取沙棘籽油的工艺方法,探讨不同提取剂、提取剂用量、提取时间、次数、功率对提取效果的影响。结果表明,超声波提取沙棘籽油的最佳条件为:以石油醚为提取剂,超声波功率为800 W,提取时间17 min,料液比为1∶9。该条件下,沙棘籽毛油的提取得率可达到9.27%;沙棘籽油中维生素E含量较传统方法提取的沙棘籽油高25%。
