    • 摘要: 为实现网络环境下生物标本资源的信息共享,国家制定了自然科技资源平台生物标本资源描述规范.实现标本信息的计算机自动处理与信息交换,需要按照标准规范制定适合标本信息检索、交换、共享的数字化规范描述体系.该文主要研究生物标本信息共享规范数字化表达技术,并给出了基于XML技术的初步解决方案,将共享规范映射成为计算机可自动识别的规则文档,实现标本信息的计算机自动处理与信息交换.

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the sharing of biological specimen information in network,the related units were organized to formulate the biological specimen resource describing standards for the natural technological resource platform.To realize the computer automatic handling of specimen information,it is needed to build up the suitable digital expression system of the standard for searching,exchanging and sharing of the specimen information.This paper is mainly about the digital expression technology of the standards,and gives the preliminary solution based on XML.
