    芍药切花贮存过程中抗氰呼吸变化及其作用的研究

    Cyanide-resistant respiration and its role of Paeonia lactiflora cut flowers during storage time

    • 摘要: 该文对芍药两个耐贮性不同的品种‘莲台’、‘桃花飞雪’在低温干存过程中的抗氰呼吸速率及相关生理指标进行测定.结果表明,贮存过程中抗氰呼吸的增强可能有助于清除超氧阴离子,维持切花贮后的瓶插寿命;同时超氧阴离子生成速率上升可能诱导抗氰呼吸增强.不同品种耐贮存性差异与抗氰呼吸的变化趋势相关,贮存过程中抗氰呼吸持续上升的品种耐贮性较好.

       

      Abstract: This article is a report dealing with the studies on cut flowers of Paeonia lactiflora ‘Lian Tai’ and ‘Taohua Feixue’.Cyanide-resistant respiration rate and some physiological characters of the two cultivars were investigated during dry storage under 0-2℃.The results show that the enhancement of cyanide-resistant respiration rate during storage time is helpful for lowering the level of \rmO_2^\rm\bar \cdot, then maintaining the vase life after storage.The enhancement of \rmO_2^\rm\bar \cdot production rate has inducing effects on the cyanide-resistant respiration rate.The different storage stability of cultivars has relations with the changes of cyanide-resistant respiration rate, the cultivars whose cyanide-resistant respiration rate increasing steadily during storage time have good storage stability.
