    育苗生产线气吸式播种系统模糊控制的研究

    Fuzzy control on air-suction seeding system in the seedling production line

    • 摘要: 为保证气吸式播种系统的播种质量,对播种系统播种滚筒真空度的控制尤为重要.该文简述了气吸式播种系统的构成及原理,并介绍了一种基于模糊控制方法的真空度自动控制系统,叙述真空度模糊控制器的设计思想,并对该二维模糊控制器采用MATLAB模糊工具箱进行动态仿真.通过仿真研究可知,对气吸式播种系统播种滚筒真空度控制采用模糊控制的方法是可行的.

       

      Abstract: In order to make sure the seeding quality of air-suction seeding system,it is very important to control the vacuum degree of sowing drum.The authors gave a brief introduction about the structure and principles of air-suction seeding system and introduced an automatic control system to control vacuum degree based on the methods of fuzzy control.A layout about two-dimension fuzzy controller was described.According to the dynamic simulation using MATLAB fuzzy toolbox,it is feasible to adopt the fuzzy control method to control the vacuum degree of sowing drum in air-suction seeding system.
