    美洲黑杨种内杂种无性系树皮厚度与湿心材变异分析

    Genetic variation of bark thickness and wet heart wood of intraspecific hybrid clones in Populus deltoides

    • 摘要: 对25个美洲黑杨无性系单株材积、湿心材、通直度、尖削度、树皮厚度等性状进行了调查研究。方差分析结果显示,各性状差异极显著(Sig.<0.01),存在广泛变异,重复力高(R0.58);表型相关和遗传相关分析表明,单株材积、湿心材材积、树皮材积、通直度、尖削度、不同高度直径间显著正相关;单株材积与树皮材积(r=0.992)、湿心材材积(r=0.596)呈线性相关。利用综合评定法评价无性系,当入选率为20%,初步选出624、609、616、629和623等5个无性系,入选无性系单株材积、地径和胸径遗传增益分别为30.49%、11.12%和15.60%。

       

      Abstract: The present research focused on the property of a number of traits such as volume, wet heart wood, straightness degree, tapering grade, bark thickness of 25 Populus deltoides intraspecific crossing clones. Anova analysis showed that there exhibited an extremely significant differences(Sig.<0.01)and high repeatability (R0.58) of respective traits among the tested clones. Phenotype and genetic correlation analysis further revealed that properties of volume, wet heart wood, bark thickness, straight degree, tapering grade and diameter displayed significantly correlation with each other, and volume was lineally positive to the bark volume (r = 0.992), as well as the wet heart wood volume (r=0.596). When the selection rate was set to be 20%, the clones designated as 624, 609, 616, 629 and 623 were regarded to be phenotype-excellent candidates. The genetic gains of five clones on volume, diameter at ground height and breast height were 30.49%, 11.12% and 15.60%, respectively.
