    热泵除湿干燥机空气旁通模型的研究

    • 摘要: 推导了热泵除湿干燥机组可以有效除湿的空气旁通比范围,研究了空气旁通比与蒸发温度、露点温差的相互关系,建立了空气循环系统与热泵系统的耦合关系数学模型。结果表明:空气旁通比与蒸发温度、露点温差成负倒数形式的非线性关系。数学模型的建立有利于精确控制热泵除湿干燥机组的运行状态,提高热泵除湿干燥机的工作效率。

       

      Abstract: The bypass air ratio of effective dehumidification of a heat pump drying kiln was obtained. Furthermore, the relationship between bypass air ratio and evaporation temperature as well as dew point temperature difference was investigated, and a numerical interaction model between air circulation system and heat pump system was established. Results showed that the bypass air ratio changed as a negative reciprocal function to evaporation temperature and dew point temperature difference. Numerical analysis can aid to accurately control the running status of heat pump drying unit and thus to improve the efficiency of heat pump drying kiln.
