    壳聚糖对酸枣种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

    Effects of chitosan on seed germination and seedling growth of Ziziphus acidojuba

    • 摘要: 用0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%4 种浓度壳聚糖乙酸溶液对酸枣种子浸种24 h,以清水浸种24 h为对照。25℃恒温培养15 d,每天光照8 h,酸枣种子的发芽率、种子活力、α--淀粉酶活性、脱氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均比对照高,壳聚糖处理的最佳浓度为0.1%;用以上4种浓度壳聚糖乙酸溶液喷施正常生长的酸枣幼苗,清水喷洒为对照,其幼苗生长量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量显著高于对照,壳聚糖浓度为0.1%时效果最佳。

       

      Abstract: Ziziphus acidojuba seeds were soaked in acetic chitosan solutions with different concentrations (0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15%, 0.20%) for 24 h in comparison with seeds in water. Then these seeds were placed in a germinator (controlled at 25℃ and 8 h/d light) for 15 d. The results showed that the germination rate, seed vigor, α-amylase activity, dehydrogenase activity, POD activity and CAT activity were higher than those of control. The best concentration of acetic chitosan solution was 0.1%. For Z. acidojuba seedlings sprayed with acetic chitosan solutions with four concentrations, their growth, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and protein content were higher than those of control. The best concentration of acetic chitosan solution was 0.1%.
