    抗干扰设计在木材应力分等系统中的应用

    Application of anti-interference design to lumber stress rating system.

    • 摘要: 针对作者自行研发的一款木材应力分等系统进行抗干扰设计,抑制电网电源、传输通道、电磁辐射等不同干扰因素对木材应力分等系统的影响。结果表明:每增加一项抗干扰措施,都会得到更好的抗干扰效果;线性电源比开关电源抗干扰效果好;采用线性电源、前端加置低通滤波器和隔离变压器、有效接地的方案,得到的抗干扰效果最好。

       

      Abstract: Focused on a lumber stress rating system developed by the authors, a set of anti-interference designs to restrain the effects of different disturbance factors on the system were conducted. These interferences include electric power, transmission channels, electromagnetic radiation, etc. Results showed that the system could display better effects once a new anti-interference method is applied and linear power had better anti-interference effect than switching power. The method of using linear power and adding low-pass filter and isolation transformer with effective grounding measure had the best anti-interference effect.
