    沙棘天然林与人工林挥发物的比较分析

    Comparision and determination of volatile compounds from Hippophae rhamnoides in natural forests and plantations.

    • 摘要: 为了探讨沙棘人工林中沙棘木蠹蛾大面积成灾而天然林有虫不成灾的原因,利用动态顶空采集、热脱附--气质联用法分析了沙棘人工林与天然林中健康和虫害沙棘枝叶及基干部位释放的挥发性物质,共鉴定出22种化合物。结果显示:人工林中戊醛和2--苯甲酸叶醇酯、5--甲基--5--羟基己酸内酯、3--甲基丁醇含量较天然林高;天然林沙棘释放的挥发物以反式--2--癸醇、2--壬烯醇、庚醛、2--甲基丁醛为主。虫害后,沙棘人工林与天然林都会释放桉树脑、萜品醇、2--莰酮等萜烯类物质,并且天然林中萜品醇和2--莰酮的相对含量高于人工林;同时醇类、醛类物质虫害后也有增加。这些物质含量的变化可能与沙棘天然林与人工林中沙棘木蠹蛾危害的差异程度有关。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate why Holcocerus hippophaecolus causes serious damage in plantations of Hippophae rhamnoides but not in natural forests, the headspace volatiles emitted by leaves and trunks of the healthy and verminous H. rhamnoides in plantations and natural forests were examined by adsorption-thermodesorption and GC-MS identification. A total of 22 compounds were found. The analysis revealed that plants in plantations released more pentanal, E-2-hexenyl benzoate, 5-methyl-5-hydroxyhexanoic acid lactone and 3-methyl-1-butanol, while those in natural forests released more trans-2-decen-ol, 2-nonen-1-ol, 2-methyl-butanal and heptanal. After damaged by H. hippophaecolus, Eucalyptol, Terpineol, 2-Camphor were released in both types of forests, but the relative contents of Terpineol and 2-Camphor were higher in natural forests than those in plantations, in addition, the releases of aldehydes and alcohols were also enhanced. The variation of volatile compounds may be relevant to the different levels of the H. hippophaecolus damage between plantations and natural forests of H. rhamnoides.
