    杨木单板层积材动态弹性模量优势因素分析

    Dominant factor analysis of dynamic Young modulus of poplar LVL.

    • 摘要: 采用灰色系统理论,分析不同工艺条件(如压力、施胶量、加压时间、加压温度)对杨木单板层积材动态弹性模量的影响。通过杨木单板层积材弯曲振动试验,得到不同实验条件下的动态弹性模量,并对实验数据进行灰色关联分析。结果表明,应用灰色系统理论分析单板层积材生产工艺对材料动态弹性模量的影响是可行的。

       

      Abstract: In this study, grey theory was used to analyze the influence of different production processes on the dynamic Young modulus, such as pressure, adhesive spread, press duration and press temperature. So this study designed flexural vibration test, measured the dynamic Young modulus of poplar LVL under different experimental conditions, and analyzed the experimental data with grey relation. The results showed that it is feasible to use grey theory to analyze the impact of production technology of poplar LVL on dynamic Young modulus.
