    废弃人造板热解冷凝液的抑菌特性

    Bacteriostatic characteristics of disused woodbased board pyrolysis condensate liquid

    • 摘要: 为了评价废弃人造板热解冷凝液的应用活性,对不同热解条件下所得刨花板和纤维板热解冷凝液进行抑菌实验,采用抑菌圈法观察其抑菌效果,并利用气质联用仪对成分进行分析。结果表明:人造板热解冷凝液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果显著,抑菌圈直径最大分别可达23.48和20.54 mm。人造板热解冷凝液中含氮化合物较多,而木醋液中酸、酮、酚、酯类化合物较多,这种成分上的差异使得人造板热解冷凝液对细菌的抑制效果较弱。人造板热解冷凝液有较好的抑菌作用,虽然比竹醋液和木醋液稍弱,但因其来源广泛,而具有一定的开发利用价值。

       

      Abstract: To evaluate the application activity of pyrolysis condensate liquid of disused woodbased board, bacteriostatic experiments of particle board and medium density fiber board pyrolysis condensate liquids obtained under different pyrolysis conditions were taken with bacteriostatic circle method in this paper. Liquids components were analyzed by GC-MS. Woodbased board pyrolysis condensate liquids had obvious bacteriostatic effects to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli with the diameters of bacteriostatic circle up to 23.48 and 20.54 mm. GC-MS analysis showed that there were more nitrogen compounds and less acids, ketones, phenols and esters in woodbased board pyrolysis condensate liquid than wood vinegar, which might make inhibition rate of woodbased board pyrolysis condensate liquid weaker to S. aureus and E. coli. Even though the bacterostatic effect is weaker than bamboo vinegar and wood vinegar, disused woodbased board pyrolysis condensate liquid with good bacteriostatic effect and wide range of sources is a valuable material to be developed.
