    Practical technique and method of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction (SFE-2).

    • 摘要: SFE-2型超临界CO2流体萃取仪具有萃取样品量少,提取精度高等特点。本文以侧柏叶为实验材料,系统研究了该设备的实用技术。结果发现:当样品量较少且样品中萃取物含量很低时,回收方法对萃取物中化合物的种类和含量影响较大,低沸点化合物主要存在于接收液中,高沸点化合物存在于管路回收液里,二者合并才是完整的提取液。为充分发挥该设备高效的萃取功能,实验同时探讨了如何解决该设备管路易堵的问题,并且建立了管路清洗的方法。

       

      Abstract: Supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction(SFE-2)can effectively extract compounds with less sample usage. In this paper, the practical technique was researched systematically with Platycladus orientalis leaves as the material. The results showed that the recycling method had greater influence on the variety and content of compounds of the material when the material was rare and the content of the extracted compounds was low. The low boiling point compounds mainly existed in receiving liquid and the high ones existed in recycling liquid from the pipeline. Combining receiving liquid with recycling liquid was the total extracted liquid. Also the paper studies how to solve the blockage on the pipeline and establish the cleaning methods of the pipeline for realizing the effective extraction efficiency of the equipment.
