    JA、SA 对重瓣玫瑰生长发育和防御酶活性的影响

    Effects of JA and SA on the growth and development as well as defensive enzyme activity of Rosa rugosa.

    • 摘要: 为研究重瓣玫瑰的诱导抗病性,采用茉莉酸(JA)、水杨酸(SA)处理重瓣玫瑰,研究其对重瓣玫瑰生长发育和 叶片防御酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的JA 和SA 对重瓣玫瑰生长发育影响不明显,JA 或SA 诱导后株高、 叶片面积与对照相比差异不显著(P 0.05)。而JA、SA 诱导处理对苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过 氧化物酶(POD)的影响明显。经JA 诱导,当浓度为0.5、0.5、1.0 mmol/ L 时PAL、PPO、POD 活性分别在第5、3、7 天达到最高值,分别是对照的1.91、1.92、1.61 倍,且均与对照组差异极显著;经SA 诱导,当浓度为1.0、0.5、1.0 mmol/ L 时PAL、PPO、POD 的活性分别在第3、3、5 天达到最高值,分别是对照的2.14、1.63、1.81 倍,差异显著;JA、 SA 的诱导效果的持效期约为7 ~9 d。外源JA、SA 处理,可以激发植物自身的防御反应,对抵御病虫侵害等逆境环 境具有一定的意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the induced resistance to diseases of Rosa rugosa, by sparying different concentration jasmonic acid ( JA) and salicylic acid ( SA), their influence on the growth and development as well as the activity changes of several defense enzymes in leaves of Rosa rugosa were studied. The results showed that the effects of different concentration JA or SA on the growth and development of R. rugosa were not obvious. Compared with that of control, the differences in plant height and blade area were not obvious after induced by JA or SA. However, the activities of three kinds of protective enzymes, such as phenylalanine ammonia lyase ( PAL), polyphenol oxidase ( PPO) and peroxidase (POD), were obviously affected after being induced by JA or SA. Induced by 0.5, 0.5 and 1郾0 mmol/ L of JA respectively, the activities of PAL, PPO and POD reached their maximal level on the 5th, 3rd and 7th day respectively, and were 1.91, 1.92 and 1.61 times of control, and the differences were significant. Induced by 1.0, 0.5 and 1.0 mmol/ L of SA respectively, the activities of PAL, PPO and POD reached their maximal level on the 3rd, 3rd and 5th day, with their activities were 2.14, 1.63 and 1.81 times of control, and the differences were obvious. The induced activity could last around 7 to 9 days. Spraying JA and SA can stimulate plant defense to environmental stress, such as the encroachments by disease and insect.
