    油茶果实成熟过程中内源激素和矿质元素含量的变化特征

    Changes in contents of endogenous hormones and main mineral elements in oil-tea camellia fruit during maturation.

    • 摘要: 为了探明油茶果实发育成熟过程中内源激素和主要矿质元素的变化特征,以我国南方广泛栽培的普通油茶良种‘长林4号’为试材,对其果实发育后期成熟过程中内源激素ABA、IAA、GA3、ZR和矿质元素氮、磷、钾、锰含量进行了测定,明确其变化规律,并探讨其与油茶果实发育和种子油脂积累的相关性。结果表明:油茶果实发育后期果实质量的增长呈现‘S’型曲线,种子油脂的积累进程发生在果实迅速膨大生长之后。油茶果实中ABA和IAA含量较高,ZR和GA3的含量较低。盛花后255 d 之前,种子中的内源激素ABA、IAA和GA较高,随着果实的发育成熟,果皮中内源激素ABA、IAA和GA的含量则明显高于种子,而且其变化特征与果实的生长发育动态相吻合,油茶发育后期果实的膨大生长与果皮内源激素IAA、GA3和ZR的含量紧密相关。在油茶种子油脂积累之前(盛花后255 d),种子内源激素ABA含量出现高峰,ABA在油茶种子成熟和油脂积累过程中可能起到了重要的作用。此外,在油茶果实迅速膨大期,果皮中氮和磷元素的含量表现出上升趋势,种子中氮、磷、钾和锰元素的含量表现出迅速下降趋势,随着种仁含油率升高,果皮中氮、磷元素含量表现出下降趋势,钾和锰元素的含量升高,种子中钾和锰元素含量呈现出下降趋势,表明油茶果实发育后期成熟过程中,果皮和种子中矿质元素可能发生了相互转运。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the changes in contents of endogenous hormones and main mineral elements in oil-tea camellia fruit during maturation, we measured the contents of endogenous hormones (ABA, IAA, GA3, ZR) and main elements including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and manganese during the late development and maturation of Camellia oleifera Abel. cv. ‘Changlin 4’ fruit and discussed their relationships with fruit development and oil accumulation in seeds. The results showed that the changes of fruit weight presented an s-shaped curve during the late developmental period of oil-tea camellia fruit, and the oil synthesis and accumulation in abundance ocuurred after the great increase of fruit weight. The contents of endogenous ABA and IAA were higher than those of ZR and GA in oil-tea camellia fruits. The contents of endogenous ABA, IAA and GA in seeds were higher than those in pericarp before 255 days after full bloom. Then the contents of endogenous IAA, GA and ZR in pericarp became higher, accompanied with fruit development and maturation after 255 days after full bloom. And the changes of endogenous IAA, GA3 and ZR contents in pericarp were consistent with the rapid increase of fruit weight in the late period of fruit development. A peak of endogenous ABA content in seeds appeared 255 days after full bloom before the start of oil accumulation in seeds, which maybe play an important role in oil accumulation and maturation of oil-tea camellia fruit. In addition, the nitrogen and phosphorus contents in pericarp showed a trend of increasing during fruit expansion, while nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and manganese contents in seeds decreased apparently in the meantime. The nitrogen and phosphorus contents decreased, while potassium and manganese contents increased in pericarp with the decrease of potassium and manganese contents in seeds during the oil accumulation in seeds. Therefore, the changes and transfer of mineral elements occurred between pericarp and seeds during the late development of oil-tea camellia and it might also be in favor of oil accumulation in seeds.
