    低甲醛释放量中密度纤维板设计和生产应用

    Design and production application of MDF with low formaldehyde emission

    • 摘要: 为降低中密度纤维板的甲醛释放量,设计了一种生产低甲醛释放量中密度纤维板的方法, 即胶黏剂混合吸附 剂同时施加复合固化剂,在实验室试验的基础上进行了生产试验, 并检测分析了试验产品的物理力学性能和甲醛 散发性能。结果表明:胶黏剂混合施加吸附剂硅烷化氧化铝是一种经济可行的降低中密度纤维板甲醛释放量的方 法, 中密度纤维板的物理力学性能几乎未受到影响, 且甲醛释放量降低至0.25 mg/ L, 降幅达47%, 符合日本F****要 求的甲醛限量。同时, 产品成本增加不大, 具有较强的市场竞争力。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the formaldehyde emission of medium density fiberboard (MDF), this paper raises a design method of MDF with low formaldehyde, i. e. mixing adhesive, adsorbent and composite curing agent. The production experiment was carried out in the laboratory. Physical mechanical properties and formaldehyde emission performance of experimental products were examined and analyzed. The results showed that adhesive applying with adsorbent silanization aluminum oxide was a kind of economical and feasible method to reduce the formaldehyde emissions of MDF. Physical mechanical properties of MDF were hardly impacted at all, and the formaldehyde emission was only 0.25 mg/ L, decreased by 47%, conforming to the requirements of F****on the limit of formaldehyde. Meanwhile, the increased cost of product is not big, and products have strong market competitiveness.
