Abstract
As an important limiting factor to ecological construction and sustainable development of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, saline-alkali land and its governance has become a concern to many sides. To find a kind of low-cost and long-term management technology for the saline-alkali land of northwestern province, we chose the desulfurization gypsum, furfural residue and cow dung as a modifier, with drainage discharge technology, etc, and weeping willows were chosen as the experimental materials. Adding different amount of modifier into different treatments, the pH, electrical conductivity and spectral parameters were measured. Results showed that : 1) Compared with control, the pH and electrical conductivity of saline-alkali land decreased obviously after adding modifier and the improving effects were significant. 2)From the spectral parameter of plant, the application of soil amendment could significantly improve the plant growth status compared with control. Treatment 1(desulfurization gypsum, furfural residue and cow dung's application amount of the ground part was 60, 40 and 80 kg/plot, respectively; pit application amount was 6.5, 4.5 and 9 kg/pit) was the most effective. 3) By comparing the different processing's rhizosphere soil and distal root soil, we found that the pH and conductivity of rhizosphere soil were lower than distal root soil. This shows that planting weeping willow can strengthen the effect of amendment.
