Abstract
There is great theoretical and practical significance in developing genetic control and establishing a revelant rapid propagation technique by exploring culture in vitro of Pinus armandii Franch. The paper studied the effecfs of media hormones and sucrose on plantlet regeneration through embryos as explants.Resultsshowed that: 1) the adventitious bud induction medium: DCR+3.0--5.0 mg/L BA+30 g/L sucrose +5.0 g/L agar, and the highest induction frequency reached 67.57%; 2)BA was more efficient than KT in the adventitious bud formation at the same concentration; 3)the content of nutriments and hormones in media should be reduced when subcultured; 4)an addition of 0.1 mg/L IBA and 2 g/L AC promoted the multiplication and elongation of fascicular buds and stems; 5)the stubbed adventitious roots could be induced from the calli of 1/2 DCR medium supplemented with 4.0--5.0 mg/L IBA, but the plantlets had difficulty surviving the transplantation. The problems caused by variation in the mechanism of in vitro embryos of conifers,as well as those of rooting induction, revealed in the experiment, need to be discussed further.
