Practical technique and method of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction (SFE-2).

Supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction（SFE-2）can effectively extract compounds with less sample usage. In this paper, the practical technique was researched systematically with Platycladus orientalis leaves as the material. The results showed that the recycling method had greater influence on the variety and content of compounds of the material when the material was rare and the content of the extracted compounds was low. The low boiling point compounds mainly existed in receiving liquid and the high ones existed in recycling liquid from the pipeline. Combining receiving liquid with recycling liquid was the total extracted liquid. Also the paper studies how to solve the blockage on the pipeline and establish the cleaning methods of the pipeline for realizing the effective extraction efficiency of the equipment.
