    光照处理对‘金羽’桧穗条质量影响的研究

    Effects of light treatment on cutting quality of Juniperus chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’

    • 摘要:
        目的  研究不同光照处理对‘金羽’桧穗条质量的影响,探索提高穗条质量、提高扦插生根率、扩大繁殖系数的有效方法。
        方法  对‘金羽’桧5年龄采穗母株分别进行了90 d全光照、30%遮阴和50%遮阴的光照处理,统计分析植株在不同处理前后的形态、生长变化以及产穗量的差异,测定了不同处理植株的光合能力、插穗的生理指标以及组织结构;利用不同处理的插穗在全光照喷雾下进行扦插,结合扦插生根率和生根质量,综合评价不同光照处理对插穗质量的影响。
        结果  光照对‘金羽’桧采穗母株的形态、叶片及嫩茎的颜色、植株的光合能力以及穗条的生理和解剖结构有较大影响。全光照下母株光合能力较弱,产穗量大,但穗条木质化程度高,扦插生根率为0.00。30%遮阴处理下母株的光合能力在3个处理组中最强,产穗量中等,穗条韧皮部发达,扦插生根率为76.00%。50%遮阴处理下母株光合能力非常弱,产穗量小,虽然穗条的形成层发达,但叶片和茎段皮层含水量高,营养物质含量低,扦插生根率为28.44%。30%遮阴处理组较全光照和50%遮阴处理组相比穗条扦插生根率提高,根系更加茂盛。
        结论  光照强度变化对植物的生长发育有重要影响,尤其是对金叶植物而言,遮阴处理能够影响植株的生物量分配,改变新梢的营养积累以及组织结构。不同光照处理对‘金羽’桧采穗母株的生长状态以及穗条的质量有较大影响,遮阴度为30%的光照处理后,采穗母株的光合能力增强,新枝营养物质积累丰富,能够有效提高穗条质量,提升扦插生根率。

       

      Abstract:
        Objective  This paper aims to find an effective method to improve the quality and rooting rate of cuttings and expand the reproduction coefficient by researching the effects of different light treatments on the quality of cuttings produced by Juniperus chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’.
        Method  The five-year-old J. chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’ stock plants were treated with full light condition, 30% shading, and 50% shading for 90 days. Statistics and analysis of the differences in plant morphology, growth changes, and cutting yield were carried out. The cuttings under different treatments were used for cutting under full light, combined with the rooting rate and rooting quality, comprehensive evaluation of the effects of different light treatments on cutting quality.
        Result  Light treatment had a great influence on the morphology, physiology and anatomical structure of the J. chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’ stock plant and cuttings. Under full light condition, the stock plant had a weak photosynthetic capacity, it could produce a large number of cuttings, while the cutting rooting rate was 0.00 due to high lignification degree of the cuttings. Photosynthetic capacity of stock plants under 30% shading treatment was the strongest in three treatment groups. The yield of stock plant was medium, the phloem of cutting was developed with strong differentiation ability, so that the cutting rooting rate could reach 76.00%. Under the 50% shading treatment, the stock plant had very weak photosynthesis and produced less number of cuttings. Although the formation layer of cutting strips was developed, the moisture content of the leaf and stem cortex was too high, and the nutrient content was low, resulting in a cutting rooting rate of only 28.44%. Among the three treatment groups, the 30% shading treatment significantly increased the cutting rooting rate of cuttings and the roots were healthy.
        Conclusion  The change of light intensity had an important effect on the growth and development of plants, especially for the golden leaf plants, shading treatment can affect the biomass distribution of plants, change the nutrient accumulation and tissue structure of new shoots. Different light treatments had a great impact on the growth state of the J. chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’ stock plant and the quality of the cuttings. After 30% shading treatment for 90 days, J. chinensis ‘Plumosa Aurea’ stock plants had stronger photosynthetic capacity and the abundant accumulation of nutrients, which can effectively improve the quality of cuttings and increase the rooting rate.
