Selection of distant hybridization parents for triploid LA hybrid lilies

  • 摘要: 为探究三倍体LA百合是否可作为育种亲本并筛选与亚洲百合远缘杂交育性较高的组合,本研究对26个LA品种与10个亚洲百合品种进行62个组合的远缘杂交,并利用基因组原位杂交技术(GISH)对部分杂种后代进行鉴定分析。结果表明:1)三倍体LA杂种系百合通常雄性不育,但可以作母本与二倍体或四倍体亚洲百合杂交。2)与二倍体亚洲百合(AA)相比,四倍体亚洲百合(AAAA)与LA杂种系百合远缘杂交的育性普遍更高。3)筛选出了7个育性较高的亲本组合,包括 ‘Nashville’בNello’、‘Freya’בVal di Sole’、‘Desiderio’בDetroit’、‘Samur’בNello’、‘Batistero’בRegata’、‘Rousseau’בVal di Sole’和‘Ercolano’בBenlica’;对62个组合杂交结实情况的分析显示,3个LA品种(‘Freya’、‘Nashville’和‘Orange Tycoon’)作为母本较好,6个亚洲百合品种(‘Val di Sole’、‘Nello’、‘Regata’、‘Detroit’、‘Benlica’和‘Black out’)作为父本结实性较高。4)三倍体LA品种可产生非整倍体配子和基因组间的染色体重组,在百合种质渗入育种中有较大潜力。本研究为发挥三倍体LA百合育种潜力及进一步培育有商品价值的百合新品种奠定了基础。
