Effects of methyl jasmonate on the trichomes and secretions of Chrysanthemum indicum var. aromaticum in leaves

  • 摘要: 用不同体积分数和不同处理时间的茉莉酸甲酯喷洒神农香菊,对其叶片表皮毛密度及其分泌物的变化进行测定。结果表明:随着茉莉酸甲酯体积分数和处理时间的增加,神农香菊叶片正面和背面T-形非腺毛和头状腺毛的密度呈先增加后减少的趋势,且叶尖部位比叶中和叶基变化明显。分泌物中萜烯类的相对含量随着茉莉酸甲酯体积分数和处理时间的增加而增加,以4-亚甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)双环[3.1.0]2-己烯和石竹烯变化最明显,苯类和醇类在相对含量达到最高后即下降;在茉莉酸甲酯体积分数为0.5%(24 h)或48 h(0.25%)处理下,对/间伞花烃、香树烯的含量开始下降,α-人参烯、马榄烯、愈创木烯和cis-桧萜醇则降为0。这表明茉莉酸甲酯能够诱导神农香菊叶片表皮毛及其分泌物,并在体积分数为0.25%、处理时间为24 h时的诱导效果最佳。
