Numerical classification of peony cultivars based on flower color phenotype

  • 摘要: 目的花色是进行芍药品种分类的重要依据,而仅基于目测的传统芍药花色分类主观性较强,不能明确界定芍药花色,需要建立更为科学的基于花色表型的芍药品种分类体系。方法本研究以175个芍药品种为材料,利用色差仪对其花色表型值进行测定,根据ISCC-NBS色名表示法对各芍药品种的花色进行颜色命名,同时结合系统聚类和生产经验进行归纳分析。结果将所测芍药品种花色划分为白色系、黄色系、浅粉色系、粉色系、红色系、紫色系、墨色系、橙色系8个色系。各色系与CIELab表色空间的明度(L*)、红度(a*)和黄度(b*)有良好的对应关系,能够实现对不同芍药品种花色的定量描述,色系分类合理。同时,发现芍药品种花色丰富,且不同芍药品种群的花色有较显著的差异。结论本研究对芍药品种的花色进行了科学分类,应用中可直接根据L*a*b*值确认芍药品种的色系,对芍药品种分类和品种鉴定提供了理论依据,为芍药市场流通和科学研究中的花色描述进行了规范,并对芍药花色方面的育种有指导意义。
