    绒白乳菇发酵液抑菌活性成分的分离纯化及其结构鉴定

    Isolation, purification and structure identification of an antimicrobial bioactive compound extracted from Lactarius vellereus fermenting liquor

      摘要
    • 摘要: 为寻找抑制杨树叶枯病菌生长的活性成分，进行了绒白乳菇发酵液抑菌活性成分的分离纯化研究。结果表明，发酵液提取物经硅胶柱层析粗分离得到5个组分，其中组分4显现出较高的抑菌活性；组分4经TLC得到样品A和样品B，其中样品B能够完全抑制叶枯病菌生长；薄层检测和GC分析判定样品B为单一化合物，纯度为98.805%；综合UV、IR、EI-MS和NMR的检测结果，推断样品B的分子式是C8H9NO，分子量135，化学名为1-(2-吡啶)-2-丙酮，在绒白乳菇发酵液中首次发现该化合物。
