    黄孢原毛平革菌预处理麦草生物制浆的研究

    Bio-pulping using wheat straw with a pretreatment of Phanerochaete chrysosporium

    • 摘要: 该实验采用黄孢原毛平革菌处理麦草,同时改变生物预处理条件:麦草含水率、生物接种量、营养源、预处理时间.通过测定纤维素、戊糖和木素降解率,探讨生物预处理的最佳条件.实验结果表明,较佳的生物预处理条件为:麦草含水率80%,生物预处理时间10d左右,氮源加入量0.25%,生物接种量对菌株的生长影响不大.

       

      Abstract: Phanerochaete chrysosporium was used to dispose wheat straw under different conditions of biological pretreatments, including water ratio of wheat straw, inoculation quantity, nutrition source and pretreatment time. Through measuring the decomposition rate of cellulose, pentose and lignin, it shows that the optimal conditions of biological pretreatment have been achieved by the combination of 80% water ratio of wheat straw, about 10 days of the duration of biological pretreatment along with the addition of 0.25% of nitrogen source, with the strain growth unaffected by the inoculation quantity.
