    木工宽带砂光机噪声对人体脑波及主观评价的影响

    Effects of wide belt sander noise for wood working industry on human electroencephalograms

    • 摘要: 为评价木工宽带砂光机(BSG2713)的现场噪声及其主要组成频率的噪声对人心理负荷的影响,该文以砂光机为噪声分析源,进行安静及噪声暴露条件下的脑波实验和主观评价调查,最后通过人体脑波变化和主观评价结果论证噪声对人体负荷的影响.该方法从工程心理学角度,强调了噪声影响劳动安全的心理负荷问题.结果表明:在噪声暴露过程中,67和1 422 Hz噪声使β波及Fastα波增强最大,人体对外界的应激性提高;446 Hz噪声使人正常集中的脑波Midα波和Slowα波增强最大,且在恢复阶段回复最快.控制台处现场噪声与671、422 Hz噪声的主观评价相近.

       

      Abstract: The impact of on-the-spot noises and main frequency noises produced by wide belt sander on workers' psychological load were analyzed and evaluated for the first time from the aspect of the influence of noises on electroencephalograms(EEGs) and subjective comfort.The wide belt sander was used as the noise source,and the experiments of EEGs and the survey of subjective evaluation were carried out in a quiet environment and exposed to noises separately.Finally,the influence of noises on the workers' psychological load was discussed based on the change of human EEGs and the subjective evaluation results.The study focused more on the impact of noises on the labor security from the aspect of engineering psychology.Resultsshow that noises of 67 and 1 422 Hz increase β and Fast α most,and worker's irritability to the environment rises when exposed to noises.Mid α and Slow α increase greatest after the influence of 446 Hz noise and recover fastest.The noises at the control center have similar evaluation to those of 67 and 1 422 Hz.
