Technical parameters of Laminated Veneer Lumber manufactured with dyeing and fire-retardant treated veneers

  • 摘要: 该文采用正交实验法对毛白杨单板进行染色和阻燃处理,并进行单板层积材(LVL)的热压胶合试验研究,确定了单板染色、阻燃处理及热压工艺.结果表明:①对单板进行染色和阻燃同步处理是可行的,提高了单板处理效率,扩大了产品的应用范围.②阻燃剂浓度与氧指数呈正相关性,与产品的剪切强度、静曲强度、弹性模量呈负相关性;其他因素对单板层积材的性能均有不同程度的影响.③最佳工艺条件:染液浓度03%,阻燃剂浓度15%,热压单位时间50s,热压温度150℃,压缩比20%.
    Abstract: The technologies of veneer dyeing,fire-retardation and gluing were studied using an orthogonal test design. The properties of gluing Laminated Veneer Lumber(LVL) product were tested and reasonable technical parameters were determined. The results show that:1) It is feasible to apply the techniques of wood dyeing and fire-retardant simultaneously. 2) the concentration of fire-retardant is positively correlated with the oxygen index and negatively correlated with shear strength,the modulus of rupture (MOR) and the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the products;other factors have some effects on the quality of LVL to some degree. 3) the optimal technical parameters are as follows:dyeing concentration 0.3%, fire retardant concentration 15%,hot press time 50 s, temperature 150℃ and compression rate 20%.
