    一株聚丁二酸丁二醇酯降解菌的筛选及降解特性

    Screening and characterization of poly(butylenes succinate)-degrading fungi.

    • 摘要: 为获得聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)降解真菌菌株,并研究其降解特性,对土壤中分离纯化的真菌菌株依次经PBS双层培养基初筛、PBS复筛,并利用相应培养基测定其降解特性。结果表明:从土壤中筛选得到的PBS降解真菌菌株为HJ03,并鉴定该菌株为链格孢属真菌;该菌株能利用多种碳源物质,在不同碳源条件下,对PBS薄膜的降解能力依次为葡萄糖>PBS乳剂>甘油>大豆油;降解过程出现2次增速阶段;该菌株降解PBS薄膜的最适温度范围在25~30℃,最适pH值为4.0~6.0。培养基中碳源PBS乳剂的最佳质量分数为1%。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain a highly efficient, poly (butylenes succinate) (PBS)-degrading fungus and investigate the characteristics of degradation, strain HJ03 was isolated from soil, screened with PBS emulsion selective medium and PBS film rescreened with a test. Strain HJ03 was identified as Alternaria sp. on the basis of morphological characters. The utilization of various carbon sources by strain HJ03 was examined and the result showed that the degradation activity of strain HJ03 on various carbon sources was glucose PBS emulsion glycerol soybean oil. Two fast-rising stages occurred during the degradation process. The optimum temperature for PBS film-degrading was 25 to 30℃, the optimum pH was 4.0 to 6.0, and the optimum PBS content was 1%.
