    用TiO2-ACF降解甲苯和二甲苯的研究

    • 摘要: 将用Sol-Gel法制得的二氧化钛(TiO2)负载到活性碳纤维(ACF)上,利用超临界干燥手段和450 ℃高温真空煅烧工艺获得了具有气凝胶特性和高光催化活性的复合材料(TiO2-ACF),并探讨该材料对空气中甲苯和二甲苯的降解效果。结果表明: TiO2均匀负载在ACF的每根纤维上;TiO2粒径尺寸均在15~20 nm范围内,晶型为锐钛矿和金红石混合晶型,锐钛矿占77%;在紫外光的作用下,TiO2-ACF对甲苯和二甲苯的降解率比ACF约高30%。

       

      Abstract: Photocatalytic degradation of toluene and xylene in the air was investigated using titanium dioxide (TiO2) loaded on activated carbon fibers(ACF). The TiO2 and ACF combination (TiO2-ACF) was prepared by sol-gel, followed by supercritical fluid CO2 dry process and calcination at 450 ℃ under the vacuum. And the aerogel properties of TiO2-ACF were obtained. SEM observation showed that the particles of TiO2 were uniform with an average size of about 15-20 nm, and TiO2 was deposited on almost each carbon fiber. After XRD analysis, anatase ratio was 77%; TiO2-ACF may effective eliminate or reduce toluene and xylene in the air, and photocatalytic degradation was 30% higher than ACF.
