基于条码的林下经济产品质量可追溯管理系统

摘要: 针对我国林下产品的质量监管问题,保障林下经济产品生产、加工、流通过程中的公共安全,满足消费者的知情权以及西方国家对进口食品的可追溯性的强制要求,本文通过采用条码技术、PDA移动智能识别技术、Internet技术、Google maps API等技术,结合我国林下经济产品生产管理的相关标准,提出了一种低成本、高可靠性的林下经济产品质量溯源方法。该方法通过为每一批林下产品每次加工过程分配唯一的条码,同时使用移动智能终端在其经过各个环节时对其进行扫描并将信息录入数据库,最后对外提供查询接口,从而实现产出有记录,流通可跟踪,责任可追溯,召回有针对的精确管理,建立了基于公共网络的林下经济质量可追溯管理系统。Abstract: According to the quality supervision problems of underforest economy products in China, in order to meet the requirements of underforest economy production safety,and to meet the right to know of consumers and western countrie’s food traceability mandatory requirement to the imported products, barcode, PDA mobile intelligent recognition, Internet and Google maps API technologies were adopted in this paper. A new low-cost and high reliability method to trace underforest economy products was proposed according to Chinese economic forest products production management’s standards, with this method from distributing only barcode in each step of the production and circulation link, and at the same time using mobile PDA to scan the information to store in the database, finally providing query interface for users, so as to realize the output have records, circulation can be tracking, the responsibility of traceability, and underforest economy product traceable quality system was established.
