毛白杨种内杂交无性系苗期生长模型构建

摘要: 以50 个毛白杨种内杂交无性系为材料,对无性系苗期苗高生长进行Logistic 模型构建,探讨不同无性系苗期 生长过程的变异情况。结果表明,毛白杨种内杂交无性系苗高生长呈“S冶型曲线,利用Logistic 方程进行拟合,拟合 系数超过0.887。方差分析结果表明,不同变异来源毛白杨种内杂交无性系苗高差异均达到显著水平(P 0.01)。 毛白杨种内杂交无性系平均速生点为第176 天,平均速生期持续时间为44 d,速生期平均苗高总生长量为31.43 cm,速生期内苗高日生长平均值为0.72 cm。极值k 与苗高年生长实测值呈极显著正相关,k 值可以作为苗期苗高 生长的评价指标。苗高最终生长量与速生期内平均生长量达极显著正相关,表明毛白杨苗期苗高生长与速生期平 均生长量关系密切。Abstract: A total of 50 Populus tomentosa hybrid clones were used to analyse the variation of growth curve of tree height. The results showed that the growth curve of tree height shaped like “S冶and the coefficient of Logistic model was higher than 0.887. There were remarkable differences within different variation sources among the tree height of different clones (P 0.01). The average rapid growth point of poplar clones was the 176th day and the average rapid growth last for 44 days. Total increment of average tree height developed during rapid growth period was 31.43 cm, and 0.72 cm in one day. There was remarkable positive correlation between extreme k value and tree height, so k value was an important index for tree height estimated. The ultimately tree height was significant correlated with average tree height growth in rapid period.
