    杨木磨削力的影响因素及最佳磨削参数研究

    Factors affecting sanding force and optimal sanding parameters of Populus.

    • 摘要: 为研究杨木磨削力的影响因素和最佳磨削参数,通过正交试验设计,研究砂带磨削杨木时磨料粒度、进给速度、磨削速度、磨削厚度对磨削力和法向力的影响,采用直观分析和方差分析研究了影响磨削力和法向力的主要因素,并采用模糊数学综合评判方法对磨削力和磨削质量进行综合评判和优化选择。结果表明:磨削厚度对磨削力和法向力的影响最大,其次为进给速度,磨料粒度和磨削速度对磨削力和法向力的影响较小;杨木的最佳磨削工艺参数为磨料粒度60目、进给速度2.5 m/min、磨削速度10.74 m/s、磨削厚度0.1 mm。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the factors affecting the sanding force and optimal sanding parameters of poplar, we investigated the effects of grit size, feeding speed, sanding speed and sanding thickness on the sanding force and normal force on wood in an orthogonal design. The major factors affecting these forces were identified by visual means and analysis of variance. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation (FSE) was used to evaluate comprehensively the sanding force and its quality and to determine the optimal sanding parameters of Populus cathayanna wood. The results showed that sanding thickness had the greatest effect on both sanding and normal forces with the effects of grit size and sanding speed on the sanding and normal forces less significant. The optimal sanding parameters of poplar wood determined by FSE were grit size 60 mesh, feeding speed 2.5 m/min, sanding speed 10.74 m/s and sanding thickness 0.1 mm.
