    转rolB/pttGA20ox双价基因提高银白杨生根能力 及生长速度的研究

    Improving rooting ability and growth rate of Populus alba by introduction of rolB/pttGA20ox double genes.

      摘要
    • 摘要: 为提高银白杨的扦插生根能力和生长速度，该文利用含有rolB和pttGA20ox双价基因的植物表达载体对银白杨进行遗传转化，经过PCR和Southern杂交检测，获得了4株转化双价基因的植株。组培苗研究结果表明：转双价基因银白杨在形态特征方面具有rolB和pttGA20ox单个基因在其他植物中表达的优良性状；在生根能力方面，转化植株的生根时间较对照提前3 d左右，而且生根的数量和长度明显高于对照组银白杨；在生长速度方面，转双价基因银白杨的生长率明显大于对照组银白杨，其生长差异达到了极显著的水平。
