    赤霉素和生根粉对牡丹促成栽培影响的初步研究

    Effects of gibberellin (GA3) and rooting powder (ABT) on the forcing culture of tree peony

    • 摘要: 该文以‘藏枝红’牡丹为试材,研究了促成栽培前喷施赤霉素(GA3)、生根粉(ABT)及其不同浓度组合对促成栽培牡丹生长发育的影响,并讨论了有关问题.结果表明:GA3对解除芽体和植株休眠、促进芽体提前萌发、提高植株的萌发率、提前花期、促进枝叶生长和减少积温有明显作用,但降低了成花率和切花品质;ABT则有明显地促进新根生长、改善切花品质的作用,试验的最佳浓度是100mg/L.

       

      Abstract: Effects of different treatments of GA3 and ABT on the forcing culture of tree peony was primarily studied using Paeonia×suffruticosa 'Cang Zhi Hong' as the material. The results showed that GA3 had positive effects on releasing dormancy, advancing sprouting, increasing sprouting proportion, promoting flowering and the growth of leaves and stems,decreasing cumulative temperature but reducing flowering rate and the quality of cut flower; ABT was effective in promoting the growth of new roots and improving the quality of cut flower and 100 mg/L was the best treatment.
