Abstract:
In order to overcome the limitations of common methods in analyzing the carrying capacity of tourist resorts,the microsimulation analysis method based on Tourists' Spatial Behavior Simulator(TSBS) was presented.The ecological carrying capacity of Chongqing Fairy Mountain National Forest Park was analyzed.The authors designed monitoring zones of the ecological carrying capacity in the park,selected the intensity of tourists trampling on the meadows as the monitoring indicator,used TSBS to simulate the spatial behaviors and spatial temporal distribution of tourists,calculated the time and amount of tourists trampling in the monitoring zones,assessed the ecological carrying capacity of the park, determined which district would be the key in managing ecological carrying capacity,and then put forward some proposals to increase the ecological carrying capacity.The results show that the TSBS-based analysis method of carrying capacity is dynamic,quantifiable,and the effects of management is predictable.
