    Phylogenetic position of Pleurotus calyptratus based on nrDNA-LSU and ITS sequences

    • 摘要: 通过同时对细胞核编码的核糖体大亚基DNA(nrDNA LSU)和内转录间隔区 (ITS)两个片段序列进行测定,分析了贝盖侧耳的系统发育地位.结果显示:贝盖侧耳与幕盖菇属亲缘关系较远,而与侧耳属成员关系密切,担子果侧生和具有菌幕并不能作为与幕盖菇属同源的依据.在侧耳属中,贝盖侧耳与同样能产生菌幕的栎侧耳和Pleurotuslevis亲缘关系并不密切,而与不产生菌幕的红侧耳关系最近.

       

      Abstract: To investigate the phylogeny of Pleurotus calyptratus, both the nuclear ribosomal DNA large subunit (nrDNA-LSU) and the internal transcribed spacer regions (ITS) were sequenced. The analysis results show that P. calyptratus has no close affinity with Tectella but with Pleurotus, and that the pleurotoid basidiomata and veil are not homologous characteristics to Tectella. The close relationships of P. calyptratus with P. djamor other than the veiled species, P. dryinus and P. levis, are also revealed by the present molecular phylogenetic analyses.
