    Automatic testing of technical properties of molding compress of self-bonding agricultural straw

    • 摘要: 该文阐述了无胶胶合农作物秸秆模压成型自动检测系统的工作原理,并以单片机为下位机、PC机作为上位机设计了具有实时检测功能的软硬件平台.通过对无胶胶合玉米秸秆在密闭容器中模压成型过程的模压工艺曲线、压力变形曲线的自动检测,表明该计算机检测系统能够满足实际工艺性能检测的实时性要求和精度要求,而且数据可靠、完整.同时也可进行最佳工艺方案确定,以及作为模压成型理论研究的数据处理与试验求证的参考.

       

      Abstract: The paper designs a computer-based automatic testing system of molding compress of non-adhesive agricultural straw. The system includes a data collection system with a single chip processor and a personal computer. The on-line real time precision measurement of the curve of pressure-time and pressure-deformation was realized, and the data collection was recorded automatically. The experimental results show that the stability of the testing system is fine, and the errors can be reduced.
