    利用AFLP技术研究紫薇的亲缘关系

    Genetic relationship of Lagerstroemia indica by AFLP.

    • 摘要: 利用AFLP技术,采用MseⅠ-PstⅠ酶切组合和7对M+3和P+3引物组合对30个紫薇品种以及2个近缘种间的亲缘关系进行了分析.结果共得到329条可统计的带,其中多态性带有160条,多态性带占总带数的487%.聚类结果表明:矮生品种间的亲缘关系较近,他们中‘粉润’和‘矮生垂枝粉’的关系最近;具有优异性状的品种‘白蝶飞舞’和‘层云积雪’的关系较近,‘红蝶飞舞’和‘蓝色妖姬’的关系也较近,而与‘白密香’的关系较远;2个普通的白花品种‘紫爪银薇’和‘白云映霞’的关系较近.研究表明AFLP技术可用于紫薇亲缘关系的研究.

       

      Abstract: Affinities of 32 L.indica cv., L.subcostata and L.limii are studied by AFLP and 329 clear bands are detected with 7 parimers. Among them, 160 bands are polymorphic.The ratio of polymorphic bands is 48.7%. The results of AFLP show that the relationships between ‘Fenrun'and‘Aisheng Chuizhi Fen',‘Baidie Feiwu'and‘Cengyun Jixue',‘Hongdie Feiwu'and‘Lanse Yaoji',‘Zizhao Yinwei'and ‘Baiyun Yingxia' are close, but all are strictly separated from ‘Bai Mixiang'. AFLP technoloy is a very effective method in the phylogenetic study of L.indica cv.
