    氮肥对乌拉尔甘草生长及有效成分的影响

    • 摘要: 2002年作者在盆栽条件下研究了氮素营养对1、2年生乌拉尔甘草产量和质量的影响.结果表明,在氮素梯度试验中,当施氮量到达015g L之前,氮的增施对甘草主要生长、生理、产量和药效等指标均有良好的促进作用,以010~ 015g L为最佳,而超过015g L时,甘草开始受到抑制,各指标均有不同程度的下降.甘草净光合速率与生物量、产量呈显著线性正相关.提高施氮水平对甘草酸含量有不同程度的促进作用.

       

      Abstract: The effect of different nitrogen levels on G.uralensis was studied in 2002. The results show that before the dosage of nitrogen fertilization reaches 0.15 g/L, an increasing dosage of nitrogen fertilization will accelerate growth and physiological indicators. When the dosage is 0.15 g/L, almost all indicators reach their highest levels; when the dosage exceeds 0.15 g/L, the values of all the indicators begin to decline to different degrees. The net photosynthetic rate of G.uralensis has a significantly positive linear relation with biomass and yield. The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in G.uralensis leaves also have linear relations with height, root diameter, single plant weight and yield of G.uralensis. Increasing nitrogen levels has no obvious effect on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, but can improve glycyrrhizinic acid content.
