    振动方式测定木材弹性模量

    Measuring elastic modulus of wood using vibration method

    • 摘要: 该文介绍了振动法测定木材弹性模量的理论依据,组建了由脉冲锤、加速度计、计算机等组成的测试系统,对测试基本方法进行了试验研究.发现横向振动方式可以有效地测得木板试材的固有频率值,测定效果好;而纵向振动方式不能测得试材的固有频率值,不能作为测量木材弹性模量的方法.在横向振动测量方式中,激振点与拾振点间距离应位于试材两端部附近,两者间间距应尽量远.通过与静态测试结果比较,发现振动方式测得的弹性模量值比静态方式测得的稍大.

       

      Abstract: In order to study basic method for measuring elastic modulus of wood using vibration method,the theoretical basis of measurement was introduced and a testing system consisting of instrumented hammer,accelerometer and computer,etc.was built up.Also,the study of basic measuring method was conducted. It is found that transverse vibration method can get natural frequency values of wooden specimen effectively,while longitudinal vibration method can not.In transverse vibration test,the distance between impacting point and detecting point should be as far as possible,i.e.the two points should situate near to two ends of specimen.Compared with traditional bending method,the elastic modulus tested by vibration method are little higher.
