    建筑用竹材墙体制造技术研究

    Manufacture technology of the bamboo building wall

    • 摘要: 该文研究了以竹材为主要原料的建筑墙体制造技术,内容包括墙体用竹材层积板的制造及性能,该种竹材层积板的墙体组装及其在房屋建筑中的应用等.研究结果表明,将竹材用于建筑墙体材料在技术上是完全可行的.该文还对竹材墙体的隔音和保温进行了测定,并根据GB/T15225—94《建筑幕墙物理性能分级》进行评判.研究结果为竹材墙体的隔声性能为32dB,达到建筑墙体Ⅲ级标准;保温传热系数为2.3W/(m2.K),达到Ⅳ级标准.二者性能均达到我国对建筑墙体材料的要求.此外,还测得竹材墙体的耐火极限为20min,说明将其用于民居房屋的建造,还需要进一步的改进研究.

       

      Abstract: The manufacture technology of walls mainly constructed by bamboo was introduced in this paper, including the manufacture and performance of glued laminated bamboo, assembly of bamboo wall and its application in building. The study showed that it was technically feasible to use bamboo as the wall building material in construction. The paper tested the performance of noise insulation, heat insulation and fire-resistance of bamboo wall, and graded them by the GB/T 15225—94 Graduation of physical performance for building curtain walls.The results were as followings: sound reduction was 32 dB and classified as grade Ⅲ; the thermal transmittance was 2.3 W/(m2·K) and reached grade Ⅳ. Both the noise insulation and heat insulation can reach the requirements for wall building material in China. The paper also tested that the fire-resistance duration was 20 min. It can be concluded that we shall improve the fire-resistance of bamboo wall for being used in house building.
