Abstract:
Brassolaeliocattleya Sung Ya Green ‘Green World’ was treated under different temperatures to study the impacts on flowering. When the temperature treatments began at the undifferentiation phase, flowering was significantly advanced under 25/20 ℃, i.e. 56 days earlier than that of control, but flowering rate was lower and single flowers were dominant. When the treatments began at the sepal differentiation phase, flowering was advanced for 14 days under 25/20 ℃, the size of flowers was significantly increased and double flowers were dominant. The flowering were inhibited under 35/30 ℃ when the temperature treatments began at the undifferentiation phase, while postponed for 14 days when began at the sepal differentiation phase; there was no difference between these two treatments of 30/25 ℃ and the control.
