基于循环经济的伊春市产业生态化研究

摘要: 随着我国计划经济向市场经济过渡的完成以及全球环境的不断恶化，林业资源型城市原来的经济发展模式已经不能满足我国国民经济发展的需要，迫切需要对林业资源型城市的产业进行生态化改造，以保护社会环境、保护生态环境与经济的可持续发展。结合伊春的资源、产业等发展现状，剖析伊春市产业生态化的问题，从循环经济的角度提出伊春市产业生态化的深化对策，为伊春未来产业生态化的进一步深入提供理论依据，也为林业资源型城市的转型提供可资参考的建议。Abstract: With the transition of planned economy to a market economy in China and the deterioration of global environment, the economic development mode in forestry resources-based cities cannot meet the demand of national economic development. Ecological reform of industries in these cities is much needed to protect social environment, ecological environment and to maintain sustainable development of economy. This paper introduces the practical experience of industrial ecologicalization in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, analyses the problems in the process of industrial ecologicalization according to its status of resources and industry development. Countermeasures for intensifying the industrial ecologicalization in Yichun are suggested from the aspect of circular economy to give theoretical reference for practice and provide available suggestions for industrial transition in forestry resources-based cities.
