Automatic testing of technical properties of molding compress of self-bonding agricultural straw

The paper designs a computer-based automatic testing system of molding compress of non-adhesive agricultural straw. The system includes a data collection system with a single chip processor and a personal computer. The on-line real time precision measurement of the curve of pressure-time and pressure-deformation was realized, and the data collection was recorded automatically. The experimental results show that the stability of the testing system is fine, and the errors can be reduced.
