    ZnO纳米棒对紫外线具有超强的吸收能力,有可能大幅度改善竹材抗光变色性能。在低温溶液体系下,通过ZnO晶种形成和晶体生长两道工序在竹材表面自组装形成ZnO纳米薄膜,探索大幅度改善竹材抗光变色性能的可行性,并重点研究了种子液浸渍时间对ZnO纳米薄膜形态的影响。结果表明:在晶体生长条件一致的前提下,竹材表面所形成的薄膜形态与在种子液中的浸渍时间密切相关;05和1 h浸渍使竹材表面形成了由直径小于20 nm的ZnO纳米颗粒组成的薄层;2 h浸渍形成微纳米网状和哑铃棒状结构;当浸渍时间增加至4 h,表面薄膜则主要为无序的纳米棒和少量微纳米六面体结构;经过120 h加速老化试验,发现空白试样总色差是表面生长出ZnO纳米棒试样的3倍,改性试样表观颜色的光稳定性显著增强。

    Abstract:

    ZnO nano rod owns the potentials to improve antilight discoloration properties of bamboo wood because of its strong absorption for ultraviolet. This study explored the possibility of forming nano scale ZnO film via a low temperature aqueous solution route on the surface of bamboo wood to improve its antilight discoloration properties. The route was a twostep process consisting of ZnO crystal seed formation and seed growth. The effects of immersion time in seed solution on morphologies of films were mainly investigated. The results showed that film morphologies were closely correlated to immersion time in ZnO seed solution for the same seed growth conditions. Films formed on bamboo wood which immersed in ZnO seed solution for 0.5 and 1 hour mainly consisted of ZnO nano particles with a diameter less than 20 nm, while reticulations and dumbbells for 2 hours immersion. A film mainly consisted of randomly arranged nano rods and some micronano hexahedrons was formed when the immersion time was increased to 4 hours. It was further found that the total color difference(ΔE) of control was three times of the one grown with ZnO nano rods after 120 hours acceleration weathering, which confirmed that the color stability of treated bamboo wood was greatly improved.
